I need some help. We work and sell windows computers. But after the latest update, some things changed due to the factory reset. We have some clients who return computers with an account and password on it. Now its asking to re install windows through the cloud or through a device. My question in is now: how can i do a factory reset on windows 10 without using the password of an account?

And after the reset we want the account to be removed so the computer can be started as new. We also don’t want to have the drivers removed. With a usb clean install the drivers will be removed and this is a lot lf work. I hope somebody can help me out because microsoft made some changes due to the factory reset.
